Sicamous, BC, the "Houseboating Capital of Canada", is located on the shores of Mara Lake and Shuswap Lake, offering houseboaters and vacationers over 1,000 km of shoreline on Shuswap Lake.
Located 141 km/88 miles to the northeast of Kamloops and approximately halfway between Calgary (481 km/299 miles) and Vancouver (495 km/308 miles) on the Trans Canada Highway, Sicamous is also the northern end of the Okanagan Valley, accessed via Hwy #97A.
